Susan's specialty is working with buyers and sellers of residential property in Ouachita Parish. Susan started in real estate after many years of being a rental property owner. She has also worked with a construction company and housing developer obtaining Federal tax credits to build low income housing in the state of Louisiana.
Growing up in Crossett, Arkansas as the child of a forester, Susan came to North Louisiana in 1988 to attend ULM. One of the things she likes most about the area is the availability of outdoor and family friendly activities.
“I am so blessed to have this opportunity to help families when it comes to their real estate needs. I have prayed that my path be revealed to me and it has, as a real estate agent. – He says ‘That whatsoever you shall ask of the Father in my name He may give it to you.’ John 15:16"
Most people know Susan as “Ms. Ellie Mae” because of her work ethic, perseverance, and ability to hold her own in any situation. Her clients will enjoy having these skills put to work for them in a real estate transaction.
Getting to know people, a passion for interior design, and helping others find a home where they can share memories with family and friends are a few of the many things she likes about being a realtor. In her free time you may find her attending events with her children, feeding the football players at Neville High School, hunting, riding horses and spending time with her friends and family. And you can always find her through John Rea.
